Projects encompass new dwellings, whole-building renovations, additions, kitchens and baths, historic renovations including facades, decks and other outdoor living spaces. Greg DeLory is an award-winning residential designer with professional training in architecture and the fine arts, and a background as a general contractor. Greg has been designing residential projects in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than two decades. He is a member of the American Institute of Building Design and currently a director of its California Society. The firm has won a major national award for historic renovation design from the National Trust for Historic Preservation and numerous awards from the American Institute of Building Design—including a first place for a new home on San Francisco's Potrero Hill. Most recently a Greg DeLory project was selected by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) as the best Bay Area exterior remodel rendered by a local firm. |
